st. simons island, ga

I am on v.a.c.a.t.i.o.n. Well, we drove down to Georgia Wednesday to visit family for Easter. It is near 80 degrees and sunny. And I am never coming home. Just kidding. But it is quite lovely. Yesterday we went over to St. Simon's Island to climb the lighthouse and enjoy the sunshine. My cousins drove up from Florida- which is wonderful, I haven't seen them since our wedding because they live 1100 miles away. Brandon liked watching the planes at the beach...And he climbed almost all of the 129 steps to the top of the lighthouse by himselfThe girls found the tiny walkway at the top to be quite frightening

Still much more fun to have, and more family to see!
